I suddenly developed a massive craving for seafood yesterday. In d end settle for prawn dinner last night. The prawns were shallow-fried in the tomato sauce, giving them a sweet gravy taste. Still, the warm sweet gravy of the dish is enough to satisfy HB and me. Here's the recipe which yield two servings. Cheers!

1 pack of tiger Prawns fresh or frozen
½ cup tomato paste
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoon lemon juice; or less
½ teaspoon cornstarch
½ cup snow pea

Heat pan on high heat, add oil. Add garlic, stir-fry until fragrant and add prawns. Stir-fry until they are opaque, 2 to 4 minutes depending on size. Add snow peas ; stir-fry until just heated through. Add lemon juice, tomato paste and cornstarch mixture. Bring to boil and cook until sauce thickens. Serve immediately.

Oh by the way, If you're looking for a quiet place to chat, or hang out with friends, I couldn't think of a better place than Breeze. They have a nice ambience. And while you're there, do check out the rest of the hotel too.
