Today is Valentine's Day! More importantly, it's Zann's first experience of this day! What can I say? She is the spark in my life and she is definitely the happiest person I know to date. She is so unassuming and she loves unconditionally. She gives wholeheartedly and she receives all too. She will brighten even the darkest room, touch even the most indifferent and warm even the coldest heart.
Darling, mummy doesn't know what to do if I don't have you. I love you, my baby!

" There's a tissue box on the floor. So i took one tissue and tear."

" And I like to throw onto the floor after I am done with the tearing. "

" Mummy's hp is in my hand. Hmm who shall I call now?"
What's an easy way to cook lunch today? Tofu and Minced pork were all I have in the fridge. Cant think of anythg other than the claypot version.

1 pack of Airpork Fresh Minced Pork
2 pc firm toufu (unicurd)
2tbsp of beanpaste
Marinate the pork with 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp cornflour, 1 tsp black pepper for 30 mins.
Heat the oil and fry the toufu till light brown. Drain and leave the toufu aside. Next stir fry the Minced Pork with the bean paste until half cooked.
Transfer the whole mix into the claypot and cook medium high heat for 15mins.
I am in a mid to prepare pineapple tarts for the coming Chinese New Year. Half way done thru with the Jam.

Honey pineapple and the spices from NTUC. Cut into pieces and shred. Need 1 1/2 cup castor sugar, 1 cinnonmon stick, 1 star anise, 2 cloves. Place the spices and the shredded pineapple into the pot and boil. Keep stirring, until around 30 mins to form jam. U can the refrigerate the jam also.
