Yesterday 800pm

AL: so, what's for dinner?

ME: eh...nothing. I didn't cook also.

AL: huh..then what did you eat?

ME: OREO lor. U want?

AL: ...................


In the end, he had instant noodle for dinner. Eh..I am not lazy or what lor, I am having the pain on and off and it really caused me no mood to cook. Worse, my craving got the better of me.

I didn't realise that I have been gobbling up chomping on Oreo whole day can...and that my eating therapy didn't help at all.

Today 300am

Zann was crying in her sleep. I wasnt awaken by her loud cries. It was the barking sound that came from downstairs. And it was 300am exactly. Spooky. I cant lie down after that. The minute I did that, my darling started to cry again. So, I ended up sitting in the meditating position for an hour. Which I concussed after that ...
