I think I didn’t drink enough water lately.
I think I didn't have sleep early the past few nights.
Last night ate hell lots of medicine and went to sleep early.

Worse, Zann was going to be late for childcare.
I dragged myself to boil water and prepare cereal for her.
Luckily the rain has stopped.
